Cancellation Policy

FLIGHT CANCELLATION POLICY –

Every booking made on Trippy Miles Pvt Ltd is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.

Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy.

Cancellations can be made offline by sending an email to Trippy Miles Pvt Ltd (info@trippymiles.com).

We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the airline directly.

Amendment charges on trippymiles.com are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.

To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, TRIPPY MILES  recommends customer to contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request to us Via Mail for refunds.

In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges along with our service charge as above mentioned. After flight departure & in case of No Show, we don’t entertain any cancellation request.

In case of No-show the refund amount is entirely depends upon the airlines. TRIPPY MILES  has nothing to do with the refund amount. TRIPPY MILES  will refund the same amount to the customer, which we receive from airlines in case of No-Show.

THE USER AGREES TO PAY FEE CHARGED BY TRIPPY MILES PVT LTD UPON ANY TYPE OF CANCELLATIONS MADE POST BOOKING IRRESPECTIVE OF REFUND AMOUNT , TRIPPY MILES  WILL CHARGE INR 250/- PER PAX PER SECTOR FOR DOMESTIC FLIGHTS & INR 750/- FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS. ANY REFUND TO THE USER SHALL BE PROCESSED AFTER DEDUCTING EQUIVALENT AMOUNT TOWARDS THE FEE.

HOTEL AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY –

Every booking made on TRIPPY MILES  is subject to cancellation charges levied by the Hotels, which may vary with respect to hotels and room types.TRIPPY MILES  levies negligible amount of INR 500 per room for domestic and 1000 Rs. per room for international hotel booking as cancellation service charges

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific hotel’s policy.

Cancellations can be made offline by sending an email to Trippy Miles Pvt Ltd (info@trippymiles.com).

We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the hotel directly.

To cancel the booking within 24 Hrs of the journey, TRIPPY MILES  recommends customer to contact directly to the Hotels and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds.

REFUND POLICY –

Trippy Miles Pvt Ltd will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through email.

Refund against the cancellation of air tickets & hotel booking will be credited directly in customer’s mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines & Hotels respectively.

TRIPPY MILES  will process refund within 72 only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/Hotel/Transporter/Other Suppliers.

Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions.

 

TOUR AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY​

CANCELLATION POLICY
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing(mail:info@trippymiles.com) and personeel comunication must be received by us prior to 10 days before the scheduled tour departure. INR 2000 per person cancellation fee will be charged by Trippy Miles, in addition to any fees charged by our service provider(s).Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to scheduled departure will incur a charge equal to 50% of the invoice, plus any additional fees charged by our service provider(s).Reservations cancelled within 20 days prior to scheduled departure are 100% non refundable. No refunds will be made on unused portions of any itinerary omitted by the passenger while travelling. Taxes will be levied as and when applicable.


TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Room occupancy will strictly be in accordance with the one, confirmed at the time of booking.


2. In case of Triple/Quad sharing room, rolling mattress will be provided for third/fourth person.Occupancy regulations for Family rooms and other Club rooms will be in accordance with Hotel’s policy.


3. Any amendment in issued Flight/Rail tickets, like – Change in Dates, Names, timing, airline/trains or any other information will attract amendment charges as per Airline’s/Railway’s amendment Policies.


4. Given hotels and rooms are on confirmed state but in case of any unexpected situation or any technical fault which lead to the Cancellation/overbooking of any booked Hotel, TRIPPY MILES reserves rights to change the hotel and provide any other hotel of similar standard.


5. Flight/Rail ticket cancellation / Refund is strictly in accordance with Airline’s/Railway’s cancellation/Refund policies.


6. TRIPPY MILES Shall not be responsible for any Loss of Baggage / Loss of Belongings / Broken .Baggage at Airport/Railway Station or anywhere else.


7. Flight/Rail timings are to be kept into consideration while reaching to the airport/railway station. TRIPPY MILES shall not be responsible for any incidence where client is not able to reach the boarding point due to any reason of personal nature, Insufficient time duration in connecting flights/train or any other reason related with airline’s/Railway’s governance like – Delay, Change in timing / Overbooking or any other factor.


8. Vehicle provided during tour will follow the tour plan specified in the itinerary. Driver in any way will not be deviated from the specified / common route.

9. Vehicle provided during the tour will not be on disposable basis. Any travel, after the activity decided in tour will not be permitted. Late evening / late night drive apart from designed plan will be prohibited.


10. There are some monuments/areas, restricted for Vehicle entrance by the local authorities. In any such case, vehicle will drop you till the nearest possible point and further arrangements will have to be managed by Client.

11. Air Condition in Vehicles will not be operational on hilly areas (due to mechanical reasons). Driver reserves the rights to switch off /operate AC as per the terrain’s, climatic and Vehicle’s conditions. 12. Any entrance fees, monument fees or any other activity charges, including but not limited to charges in relation to parking, transportation, tolls, taxes, camping, admission, meals etc., will not

be included in the package until and unless so specified specially in inclusion section.

 

13. In case of any natural calamity or any other force majeure incident, TRIPPY MILES reserves the rights to modify/change or cancel the partial or complete tour Package. TRIPPY MILES shall not be held responsible for refund/Compensation in any such circumstances.

14. Given rates are inclusive of all taxes. In case of any change in tax structure based on government norms which is applicable at the time of check-in or during the tour, shall be charged directly.


15. Package Price is a consolidation of different components inseparable in nature in terms of costing which may have been sourced from independent third party(ies) by TRIPPY MILES in the capacity of representatives of those independent parties. Such pricings may vary in individuality and cannot be challenged or modified


16. Any charges related with on-ground modification/addition of service, which is opted by Client by his/her own choice and not affecting rest of the tour itinerary, will have to be paid directly to Service Provider/Supplier on the behalf of TRIPPY MILES


17. TRIPPY MILES reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour package, in part or in whole, at any time prior to the commencement of the tour or a particular part of the tour, as the case may be, for any reason including but not limited to the act of god, act of man whether or not unforeseen and / or unexpected etc. In all such cases, refund will be processed according to the Cancellation policy of TRIPPY MILES as applicable at that specific point of time.


18. Refund on cancellation (Cancellation in accordance with Cancellation Policies) is strictly dependent on Cancellation policies and the refund process will take minimum 14 working days.


19. In case of any on ground issues with any third party, TRIPPY MILES shall try to support in all possible ways but shall not be held liable for the act and hence will not be liable for any sort of compensation. TRIPPY MILES’s liability in relation to the Package shall at all times be limited to those circumstances where an express liability has been cast on it under these Terms.


20. In case of non-payment of package cost or any unpaid component of the Package, the voucher & tour shall stands null and void.


21. This voucher consists of services which were agreed by mutual consent (Offer and acceptance), at the time of communication for quotation. Holding the Voucher, client is expected to be in acceptance of the Services and is expected to have clarified all tour related queries beforehand. Any deviation in personal expectations level, will not bound TRIPPY MILES, for any sort of modification, during the tour.


22. Trippy Miles’s entire liability to the Client for any claim arising out of this Package / browsing the website/ application, shall be limited to the amount equivalent to the price paid by the Client for the Package giving rise to such claim minus all applicable taxes and third-party charges.


23. TRIPPY MILES shall not be liable to pay for any loss suffered by the Client, if it is found that the Client had been in violation of any express or implied directions given by or on behalf of TRIPPY MILES, applicable law, rule and / or regulations.


24. No offer, promo code or discount shall be applicable to this Package unless so expressly notified by TRIPPY MILES on its website and this Package cannot be clubbed with any scheme, offer, and package of TRIPPY MILES or its associates


25. All grievances shall first be raised with Customer relationship team within 15 days of the occurrence of such event. In case no resolution to such grievance is provided by Customer relationship team within 30 days, the Client shall have the right to escalate the dispute in the accordance with these terms and TRIPPY MILES’s applicable policies.


26. Client shall be liable to reimburse TRIPPY MILES for any and all losses suffered and / or charges incurred as a result of the Client’s actions, direct or indirect, in relation to Client


27. This Package shall be governed by laws of India, and all disputes in relation to this package shall be resolved via arbitration in Mumbai in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.The courts of Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any matter arising out of the Package.


28. This Package and all of your rights and obligations in relation to the same are non-transferable and cannot be assigned without the prior permission of TRIPPY MILES.
