VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Please enter your voucher code at the time of booking. Without the voucher code the operator will not be able to apply your voucher or give you the discount.
• To use your voucher you must make your initial holiday enquiry via our website. If you do not register your initial enquiry with the holiday provider via our website and instead contact them directly then your voucher cannot be used against the holiday.
• The Coupon entitles you to the Discount off the price of the relevant travel reservation before the application of any taxes, tax recovery charges, applicable fees or additional costs.
• Vouchers can only be used against group holidays(Stay +Travel+Food).
• Only one voucher/voucher code can be used per booking.
• Vouchers can be replaced (i.e. if lost, stolen or destroyed) provided they have not been used. Just email us.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and may not be applied retrospectively.
• In the case of vouchers with a minimum spend the full minimum spend must be reached within the same one single booking in order for the voucher to be redeemed.
• Vouchers can only be used to pay for the holidays or a travel as on Trippy Miles and cannot be used towards other expenses such as drink, spa treatments etc.
• Voucher once used can’t be reused. This voucher is not valid for partial redemption.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The voucher amount is not refundable in case of cancellation.
• Trippy Miles is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
• The Coupon cannot be used for any booking previously made. It will be deemed fully redeemed once a qualifying booking has been made. The Coupon has no cash value and no refunds or cash alternative will be offered. There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the purchase amount is less than the Discount. The Coupon may not be re-used, even in the event that you change or cancel the booking.
• The Coupon is valid only for the Redemption Period, for travel during the Period.
